Scientist committed to helping students reach their potential

About Me

I am a learning scientist specializing in the psychology and neuroscience of academic performance. My work focuses on one big question: Why do students sometimes fail to reach their full potential, and what can science do about it?

I earned my PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience from Georgetown University and graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University. I have led research efforts for Google and have spent over a decade investigating the cognitive and environmental factors that drive student success.

I developed The Performance Diagnostic because I am deeply driven to use my scientific background to help students fulfill their goals.

I also provide research consulting services and am the founder of Pinpoint Learning.
